If you prepare a dish with pork lard, onion and spice peppers, you can be sure that you eat Hungarian food delicacy. The modern age dining revolutions and „trendiness” haven’t brought down the resistance of Hungarian traditions.

Fino chicken breasts baked in foil 2018-03-03

Ingredients:

  • 0,5 dl olive oil

  •  

    6 pcs chicken breasts

  •  

    300g Fino Smoked Trappista cheese

  •  

    500g zucchini circles

  •  

    6 pcs big tomatoes sliced to circles

  •  

    salt, pepper

  •  

    rice or pasta as garnish

  •  

    piquant flavoured spread 

Cut 30cm foil squares and spread some olive oil on them. Make three crosswise, equidistant cuts on the chicken breasts and fill them with the smoked cheese slices. Finally, coat the chicken breasts with some piquant flavoured spread. Place the tomato and zucchini circles on the aluminium foil and put the chicken breasts on top. Flavour them with salt and pepper, then wrap them in foil. Bake them on 200 C˚ for 20 minutes. When serving hot, open the foil and accompany the dish with rice or pasta.
