If you prepare a dish with pork lard, onion and spice peppers, you can be sure that you eat Hungarian food delicacy. The modern age dining revolutions and „trendiness” haven’t brought down the resistance of Hungarian traditions.
Cheese rolls with ham in green salad 2018-03-03
Ingredients:
8 slices of Szekszárdi cheese delicacy
8 slices of ham
8 fresh salad leaves
8 pieces of cocktail tomatoes
olive oil
salt, white pepper, ground thyme
1 small teaspoonful of pumpkin seed oil
lemon juice
parsley for decoration
Shape the cheese and ham to the same size. Cover the cheese slives with ham slices then roll them up and wrap them in foil. Cool them in fridge for 1 hour. Put the whole salad leaves on the plates and place the cheese and ham rolls onto the leaves. Stir the olive oil together with pumpkin seed oil and spices and pour to the top. Decorate with some herbs.
