ABOUT OUR COMPANY
The history of our company originates in 1889, when Antal Strausz started cheese and butter production at the old site in Somogy.
Egyed family wanted to proceed with this tradition when they decided to continue with Strausz’s heritage in Kaposvár.
The family business has outgrown itself since, but it has remained in the family’s ownership. Members of Egyed family has continued to play their part in the operational management of the company.
The high quality of our products is guaranteed not only by modern quality and innovative technology but by family traditions as well.
More than 150.000 liters of milk are processed daily at the Kaposvár site of Fino-Food Kft.
There are nearly 200 employees working at our site in Kaposvár where even 150.000 liters of milk may be processed daily. We ensure the high quality of our products by the constant and severe inspection of the received commodities and by the minimalized human interaction during these inspections due to them being automated.
