Truffle cheese cream-soup with garlic baguette 2018-03-03

Ingredients:

  • 250g potato

  •  

    200g Fino Truffle cheese

  •  

    40g butter

  •  

    chicken soup

  •  

    1 dl cream

  •  

    salt, white pepper

  •  

    onion

Cut the onion to small pieces and fry them on butter. Add the potato cubes and boil them in the chicken soup until the potato softens. Stir the grated cheese into the soup and boil it before blending. Add the heated cream to the soup before serving.
