Summertime grilled cheese bites 2018-03-03
Ingredients:
200g red onion cut to circles
1 kg olive oil
200g Fino Smoked Trappista Cheese
200g Fino Grill and Pan Cheese
coctail tomatoe
skewers
Dice the cheese and prepare the skewers by colourfully pulling the cheese, red onion and olive oil on the skewers. Roast them on a roasting board until both of their sides are red. Serve them with toasted crescent-shaped bread rolls.
