Smoked cheese salad 2018-03-03

Ingredients:

  • 100g Fortiana

  •  

    100g Fino Smoked Trappista cheese

  •  

     

    100g Szegzardina

  •  

    2 dl 12% Magyar és Finom sour milk

  •  

    200g Fino natur processed cheese

  •  

    3 pcs sour apple

  •  

    1 pcs pear

  •  

    50g tosted rough-cut nuts

  •  

    salt, white pepper

Dice the cheese and the fruit and mix them with the processed cheese, sour cream and nuts. Keep it in fridge for one hour and serve it with toast.
