Sandwich and sandwich cream with herbs 2018-03-03

Ingredients:

  • 250g sliced bacon

  •  

    100g sliced red onion

  •  

    100g Hazai és Finom sandwich cream with herbs

  •  

    500g baguette bread

  •  

    200g Fino Trappista cheese

  •  

    pinch of black pepper, salt

 

 

Cut the bacon to small pieces and toast them on their own fat until they are crispy then filter them. Cut the red onion to fine-cut pieces and mix them with the listed ingredients. Spread the creme on the sliced baguette bread then richly sprinkle it with grated Trappista cheese. Bake it in toaster oven or in oven at 180 ˚C until the cheese melts on the sandwich. Its exquisite accompanying drink would be a frosted fruity rozé.
