Red currant éclair 2018-03-03

Ingredients:

  • 15 pcs éclairs

    300g Fino natur processed cheese

  •  

    150g powdered sugar

  •  

    2 dl cream

  •  

    100g fresh red currant

Prepare the filling: Whisk the processed cheese, add the powdered sugar and loosen it with whipped cream. Remove the red currants from their strig and add them to the cheese filling. Cut the éclairs in half, fill the red currant cream into them and place the other half on top. Sprinkle some powdered sugar to the top and decorate with some red currants.
