Quick Tiramisu 2018-03-03
Ingredients:
Ingredients: counted for 5 cups
10 pcs sponge-fingers
50g dark chocolate
2 dl strong (espresso) coffee
300g Fino natur processed cheese
150g powdered sugar
3 dl 30% cream
mint leaves for decoration
Put the sponge-fingers in the cool coffee to soak and take them out when ready. Whisk the processed cheese with the cream and powdered sugar until it becomes foamy. Fill half of the cup with this cheese cream, then come the sponge-fingers and place some more cheese cream to fill the cup. Finish by sprinkling some chocolate splinters on top and finally decorate with mint leaf.
