Piquant hot sandwich 2018-03-03
Ingredients:
500g baguette
100g Fino processed cheese with herbs
4 pcs tomato
1 pcs red onion
150g Vinoforo cheese
fresh ground green pepper
Slice the bread and sread a thin layer of processed cheese with herbs onto the bread slice. Place some tomato slices, thin red onion slices and Vinoforo cheese slices on top. Toast them in salamander broiler. Sprinkle fresh ground pepper on top, if desired. Serve hot as wine complement.
